Maintenance

The engineering facility of Towers Crescent is staffed to provide necessary preventive maintenance required to keep the mechanical systems of the building in top operational condition, as well as to answer individual problems as they occur.

To ensure that the tenant receives fast and efficient service, the property management office has an employee on duty from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. When your request for service is received, a serviceman is dispatched to answer the call. All requests for mechanical repairs and services, such as light bulbs out, broken door locks, waste bins and key replacements should be directed to the Property Management Office. In addition, hot calls, cold calls, leaks, power failures, etc., should also be directed to the Property Management Office. Unless otherwise stipulated, Engineering services are billed per hour during non business hours. For a complete schedule of charges or if you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact the Building Management Office at (703) 761-7577.

After Hours Service

Building Management has a 24-hour on-call staff for emergency service after normal business hours Monday through Friday. The after hours emergency services are dispatched or provided by the QDC Solution Center. The Solution Center can be reached by calling the Tenant Services number, (703) 761-7577, that is forwarded after hours for 24/7 service.
