Electronic Security (now monitored by Datawatch Systems)
The buildings are equipped with an electronic access control system monitored by Datawatch systems. The perimeter building access system limits entry into the building after normal business hours.
Card readers are located at the building entrances for access after business hours. Programming requests can be forwarded via email to vatenantservices@quad1.com.
Building hours are as follows:

7:00AM - 7:00 PM (Monday - Friday)
The revolving door is locked at 10:00 PM (Monday - Friday) and unlocked 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM on weekends.
The building is always monitored by Datawatch systems including evenings, Saturdays after 1:00 PM, Sundays and holidays.
